Premium plans are billed monthly. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Featured listings are activated after payment confirmation.

All content on Local Directory is protected by copyright. Users retain ownership of their submitted content but grant us a license to display it.

Local Directory is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform or interactions with listed businesses.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
